18.84 ha (approx. 46 acres ) making up this fantastic mountain hideaway. This has been a project of love for over twenty years with the rustic cabins being constructed from a mixture of recycled material coupled with stone and timber off the property itself.
There are currently two cabins in various stages of construction and a 3rd which is damaged and may or may not be salvageable. This is a fantastic design of split levels and pitched rooves with stone walls and rustic timber supports. There is a full solar system as this property is total off the grid and a number of tanks supplying a fantastic water source.
The cabins a built-in a very private elevated position with easy access for any vehicle, it has a magical garden area with and an assortment of fruit and nut trees within the centre of a brush bush setting. The panicle of this property is a large cleared paddock running down to a full frontage to the dingo creek. This is one of the most magical areas on the property with permanent water and crystal clear brooks you will never want to leave this place to go home.
The property does not have a dwelling entitlement and purely built as shedding and cabins and short term cabins.
