1. Cut Your Grass

Cut your grass

Slash or mow your paddocks, so prospective buyers can look at the lay of the land better. They can walk around the property while watching their footing. It can also make your property look less cluttered.

2. Tidy up the paddocks

Tidy up paddocks

Tidy up your paddocks by looking for any loose wire or chunks of metal in your paddocks. Try to put all the loose wooden debris into a “burn” pile just to make the property not seem so overwhelming to the new owners.

3. Fencing

Fencing

Upgrading fencing isn’t usually advised however fixing up any existing fencing can be beneficial. Fresh coat of paint on any existing fencing surrounding the home or entry way to the property.

4. Trust your agent

Trust your agent

The agent you choose should have experience and a license behind them to back up their knowledge. They sell acreage, they know acreage so if they give you any tips on how to spruce up your property, take it on board!
